As the CEO of Leading Quality Assurance, I look after our global team of professionals that support the world’s leading hotel brands to help them consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences. Raised on a dairy farm, I learned that happy cows produce more milk. Turns out business isn’t much different. As a big believer in the service profit chain, I am relentlessly in pursuit of ways to champion the customer experience and impact growth. The creative application of technology, analytics, and behavioral science - alongside a healthy disregard for the impossible - allows us to reimagine and reengineer the way we go to market. I’ve worked in software development, hospitality, and advertising and the strategy remains the same: the closer we get to the voice of the customer, the closer we get to winning.
